The Duchess of Cambridge was glowing as she arrived at the London Palladium on Thursday evening (13 November) wearing a black floor-length Diane von Furstenberg gown, priced at a whopping £780.
Upon arrival, guest of honours Kate and William were greeted by One Direction's Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan and Liam Payne, who were waiting for the royal couple in the foyer.
Kate, who is expecting her second child with William, looked simply elegant in the black dress, which highlighted her growing baby bump.
Kate's hair was styled in a loose low bun, and she sparkled with diamond hoop earrings, accessorising with a black sequin clutch bag.
The 32-year-old brunette soon took her seat with William in the Royal box before watching an evening of music, magic, drama and dance.
Music performances came from Ed Sheeran, Demi Lovato, McBusted, Simply Red and Dame Shirley Bassey, while the likes of Jack Whitehall, Sarah Millican and Russell Kane provided the stand-up.
The evening was hosted by comedian and presenter Michael McIntyre.
In September, Clarence House confirmed that Kate and William were expecting their second child.
It was also revealed that Kate was once again suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum – severe morning sickness – which stopped her from taking part in a series of royal engagements.
Kate suffered with the same condition when she was pregnant with Prince George in late 2012.
An official statement released by Kensington Palace confirmed that Kate and William are expecting their new arrival in April.
