Taking to Instagram earlier today, Cheryl shared the sweet picture of herself and Lauren, and fans were quick to tell the 'I Don't Care' singer they were backing her act to steal the X Factor crown.
In the photo, Chezza looks super-proud of Lauren as she cuddles up to the 17-year-old. Clearly having grown close after working with each other on The X Factor, the girls looked like BFFs with big smiles on their faces as they posed for a quick snap.
Alongside her photo, Cheryl posted "this one" and a string of emojis - one of a hand pointing up, one heart and one star - suggesting she has a lot of love for the young singer.
On seeing the photo, many of Cheryl's fans were keen to show their support for the pair, telling the former Girls Aloud star they hoped Lauren would be this year's X Factor winner.
One user commented "Lauren and Cheryl to win!!" while another said: "Said it from day one, you've got the winner there."
Last weekend, Lauren took to the stage with her rendition of Michael Jackson's 'I'll Be There' and impressed the panel with her performance.
Louis Walsh told Lauren she looks and sings like a popstar already, while Simon Cowell said to the youngster he thinks she is better than she realises.
Meanwhile, X Factor choreographer Brian Friedman has revealed he thinks Fleur East is the star of the show.
Pushed to pick his favourite out of the finalists, he chose Fleur as he believes she is a "stand out star" with big potential in the music biz.
While Fleur and Lauren sailed through to this weekend's live show - winning a place on the X Factor tour - one person who missed out was X Factor's latest evictee Paul Akister after leaving the competition in a shock exit.
Finding himself in the bottom two with Jay James, Paul was sent home after the judges' vote went to deadlock.
The X Factor continues this Saturday at 8.15pm and Sunday at 8pm (15-16 November) on ITV.
