Jacqueline, who plays Lauren Branning in the BBC One programme, becomes a soap pin-up as her character Lauren Branning in this Calendar Girls-inspired shoot.
Jacqueline shares her calendar month of August with co-star Shona McGarty, who plays Whitney Dean.
The girls can be seen flashing their legs as they make the most of the summer by posing from behind a lilo outside Walford East tube station.
The calendar is in fact inspired by a recent storyline on the soap, where Walford residents have been getting their kit off for charity.
Representing the boys, Ben Hardy, who plays Peter Beale, bares his torso to embrace the cheeky calendar spirit for the month of July.
The actor can be seen posing in Beale's Plaice - the fish and chip shop owned by Peter's dad Ian - with two large jars of pickled eggs by his side.
Meanwhile, Natalie Cassidy, who plays Sonia Fowler in the soap, bares her heart as the Valentine pin-up for February.
Fans will be familiar with this particular photo, as Sonia stripped naked in the cafe for this exact shoot during an episode last week.
Dominic Treadwell-Collins, EastEnders' executive producer, said: "When we developed our calendar storyline featuring so many of Albert Square's residents as viewers have never seen them before, it seemed such a shame not to share the fun with our audience.
"It's been a long time since EastEnders released a calendar - and this is the perfect opportunity for EastEnders fans to get hold of something a little bit special while raising money for such a worthwhile cause."
Speaking of the calendar, Natalie said; "Everybody who took part in the calendar had a blast, and everyone should have a cheesy EastEnders calendar on their wall for 2015 - go and buy one because it's brilliant and you're raising money for a wonderful cause."
The EastEnders cast have long been associated with BBC Children in Need thanks to their fun-filled sketches on the annual appeal show.
This Friday (14 November), in a mini one-off episode titled The Ghosts of Ian Beale, long-running cast member Ian (played by Adam Woodyatt), will be visited by some infamous ghosts from his past including his daughter Lucy, mother Kathy, ex wife Cindy and Walford favourite Pat Evans.
The EastEnders calendar 2015 is available now from bbcchildreninneedshop.co.uk and Welcome Break stores across the UK.
