The Amazing Spider-Man actress has taken on the role of performer Sally Bowles in the musical, which is playing at Studio 54 in New York City.
Emma looked slightly tearful but pleased as she took her bow during the curtain call at the end of the performance. She was also delighted to be presented with a large bouquet of flowers by co-star Alan Cumming to celebrate her first show.
Wearing a black shift dress, the actress waved to the audience as they clapped and cheered for her.
Fans soon took to Twitter to congratulate the actress for her performance, with first reviews also being positive.
The actress recently told Hitfix that she is enjoying her role but that it is also a huge challenge.
"I'm having the time of my life," she said. "It's the hardest thing I've ever done, but it's the most fun I've ever had. So it's one of those. I guess this is what being a parent might be like but without the child part."
Emma will be performing in Cabaret, which is directed by Sam Mendes, until February 1.
