It's as much a part of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! as bushtucker trials, campsite arguments and Ant and Dec's jokes. But it looks like the traditional waterfall shower scenes might be about to become a thing of the past.

There are now fears that celebrities will no longer take long showers in the camp because there has been a huge increase in the leech population in the area.

I'm A Celebrity¦Get Me Out Of Here! returns with its 14th series. Picture shows:( l-r) Craig Charles, Nadia Forde, Vicki Michelle, Gemma Collins , Carl Fogarty, Mel Sykes, Jimmy Bullard Tinchy Stryder, Kendra Wilkinson, and Michael Buerk

Will this year's batch of jungle celebs be showering?

This likely means that the stars will not want to hang around in the water and provide more famous 'bikini shower moments', which were famously made popular by contestants such as Myleene Klass and Helen Flanagan.

Joe Swash, who presents the show's spinoff I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here Now!, told The Mirror that the camp has "got leeches everywhere in the water."

His co-host Laura Whitmore added that the shower is actually "freezing and muddy" and that Myleene surprisingly managed to make it look "amazing".

This year's I'm A Celebrity lineup was officially confirmed yesterday.
