There are now fears that celebrities will no longer take long showers in the camp because there has been a huge increase in the leech population in the area.
This likely means that the stars will not want to hang around in the water and provide more famous 'bikini shower moments', which were famously made popular by contestants such as Myleene Klass and Helen Flanagan.
Joe Swash, who presents the show's spinoff I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here Now!, told The Mirror that the camp has "got leeches everywhere in the water."
His co-host Laura Whitmore added that the shower is actually "freezing and muddy" and that Myleene surprisingly managed to make it look "amazing".
This year's I'm A Celebrity lineup was officially confirmed yesterday.
I'm A Celebrity begins Sunday 16 November at 9pm on ITV
