Strictly Come Dancing star Mark Wright isn't phased about spending time away from fiancée Michelle Keegan.

With Mark busy practicing his footwork day in day out and Michelle filming for BBC drama Ordinary Lies lately, it can be difficult for the showbiz pair to get some time to themselves.

But, insisting absence has only made the heart grow fonder, Mark is adamant "nothing can break" the relationship he has with his wife-to-be.

Speaking to Reveal at the Bootea Shake launch in London last night, Mark made it very clear he and Michelle are more loved-up than ever - despite their hectic schedules.

"It is difficult to see each other, [Michelle] has been very busy at the moment," Mark explained. "It's not easy, but our relationship is so special. Nothing can break us."

While they both may be caught up with their individual projects, the ex-TOWIE star claimed that spending so much time apart, if anything, has actually been beneficial for the couple's romance.

Mark added: "In a way [the distance] gives [our relationship] more energy. When I see her, it's like meeting her for the first time again.

"I'd love to see her everyday, but if I can't… we both understand. We ring each other all the time."

Mark and Michelle first got together after meeting in Dubai while on holiday and last September, the Heart FM DJ whisked his other half back to the Middle East to propose.

Shortly after, former Corrie star Michelle confirmed her engagement to Mark, insisting the pair were "SO happy" to be tying the knot.

Since then, the couple have remained quite coy when it comes to sharing their wedding plans, although they have said a date has been set for their big day next year.

Last month, Karen Haeur - Mark's dance partner on Strictly - revealed he had asked her to choreograph his first dance with Michelle on their wedding day.

But, when we asked Mark if all the dancing he has been doing has helped him feel more confident about taking Michelle for a spin, the 27-year-old insisted he "hasn't even thought about it yet".

Denying Karen's claims she will be putting together a dance for him and his missus, Mark said: "Michelle and I will have a first dance. But, it 100% won't be choreographed."

Oh man, we were so looking forward to that!
