X Factor judge Mel B has said she is "so angry" with Louis Walsh for not choosing to save Paul Akister on Sunday night.

During the weekend's results show, Paul was sent home from the X Factor in a shock elimination, after the judges' vote went to deadlock.

Speaking to The Sun, Mel vented her frustration at losing Paul - her third act so far.

Insisting that Paul was not the right person to have gone, Mel said: "Paul won the sing-off hands down. I said to Louis, 'I am so angry at you, come on don't wimp out'.

"He told me to shut up. I won't tell you what I said after that.'"

Well, with a name like Scary Spice we can only imagine...

By being eliminated on Sunday, Paul has narrowly missed out on performing on The X Factor tour.

But, following the results show, X Factor's executive producer Mark Sidaway sent fans into a frenzy as he suggested Paul may be brought back.

Unhappy that Paul won't be hitting the road with his fellow contestants, Mark tweeted he was hoping to "make something happen" to get the X Factor hopeful back on the tour lineup.

And, he's not the only one... Mel is desperate for Paul to go on tour too.

She added: "He will be sorely missed. If he's not on that tour, it would be a monstrosity."

Speaking exclusively to Reveal, Paul has said: "Get me on that tour!"

He continued: "I think they know how much I want it and how much support I actually do have and that's amazing."

On Sunday night, Paul found himself in the bottom two alongside Jay James.

Following their sing off performances, Mel and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini voted to save Paul, Simon Cowell chose Jay and torn between the two, Louis eventually picked Jay taking the vote to deadlock.

Speaking about the Irish music mogul, Paul told us he thought Louis had made the wrong decision.

"He should have said who he likes the best, whether that was me or Jay," Paul said. "And to be honest, Jay shouldn't have been in the bottom two."

Meanwhile, the remaining eight contestants will sing again next week. While Simon still has all four of his acts left in the competition, Cheryl has one of her girls, Louis Walsh has two groups and Mel has just Andrea Faustini left out of her boys.

The X Factor continues this Saturday and Sunday at 8pm on ITV.
