One Direction head to EastEnders for Children In Need performance

One Direction are to make a very special performance this week on the set of EastEnders.

Just one week after making a return to The X Factor, the global boyband will be performing their brand new single 'Night Changes' and current single 'Steal My Girl' in Albert Square for BBC Children In Need.

In a world exclusive television performance, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson will serenade the audience from below as they sing on the bridge from the iconic Walford location on Friday 14 November.

The chart-topping band said: "We are thrilled to be performing on BBC Children in Need again this year. It's a charity that we hold very close to our hearts and we are really excited about our special performance in the iconic EastEnders Albert Square."

The BBC Children in Need Appeal show will be jam-packed with celebrities doing their bit to raise money for charity.

Viewers will see performances from Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Susan Boyle, Boyzone, and let's not forget the highly-anticipated S Club 7 reunion!

And joining One Direction on the set of EastEnders will be The Script, who will be performing in the iconic Queen Vic. Gareth Malone and his All-Star Choir will also be performing the official BBC Children in Need single for the first time on television.

BBC Children in Need Appeal show - Friday 14 November from 7.30pm on BBC One and BBC Two.
