Geri Halliwell has proved that she has no hard feelings towards Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, after the former Girls Aloud singer stole Geri's chart crown.

Cheryl has just beaten the record for the most UK number one singles by a British female solo artist, after 'I Don't Care' hit number one on Sunday.

She previously held the record jointly with Geri and Rita Ora, who both have four UK number ones.

Geri tweeted her congratulations to Cheryl, writing: "Congratulations to @CherylOfficial on her amazing achievement!", showing that she is happy to offer support to her fellow singer.

Cheryl's previous number ones are 'Fight For This Love', 'Promise This', 'Call My Name' and 'Crazy Stupid Love'. She also had four number ones with Girls Aloud.

On receiving the record, Cheryl told BBC Radio 1 host Jameela Jamil that she was "shell-shocked" and thanked her fans for helping her to achieve it.
