Stevi sailed through to next weekend's live shows last night (9 November) after seemingly impressing the public with Queen's hit rock song 'Bohemian Rhapsody'.
However, although he clocked up enough votes from viewers to keep him in the competition, former X Factor judge Sharon was left unimpressed by his performance.
Taking to Twitter, sharp-tongued Sharon blasted: "Stevi Ritchie on @TheXFactor sang flat and was like a bad panto performance - cringe.
Mel B was clearly pretty chuffed with Mrs O's comments, as she retweeted her post.
Stevi is in Simon Cowell's Overs category, having originally been put through to the live shows as a wildcard by Cheryl Fernandez-Versini.
But after watching his performance on Saturday night, both Cheryl and Mel agreed that it was "trippy".
Mel told him: "There's a bit of good and a bit of bad. The good is, you are a lovely guy. I would want to be your mate. You're genuine, you're honest and you really do give it your all.
"The bad bit is, I feel like I'd taken some weird acid trip that I just wanted to get off. I still don't feel normal. I want to feel normal again please?"
Cheryl added: "I think I took a bit of whatever Melanie took. I'm a little bit trippy right now."
Meanwhile, Sharon has laid into The X Factor further while speaking to our colleagues at Cosmopolitan magazine over the weekend.
Chatting at the MTV EMAs, Sharon told Cosmo: "I think it's time they all went home. I think it would have been lovely to end it on top last year when the numbers were great.
"Now, they're going down and it's like a shame to keep something going when it's going down hill. You should always stop when you're on top."
