The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star marked her big day on Wednesday, 5 November, but the day before spoke to the ladies of The Talk chatshow about all she's achieved in her life.
Kris said her life is happy and positive thanks to her family and friends.
"I'm so blessed to wake up every morning, feel good, feel strong. I want to embrace that and just be an example to people that are my age. That you can look good and feel good at my age," she said.
"We all have really bad days and we have things that we feel are imperfections but, I think if you just encourage each other... and my mum taught me, when you leave the house, go out of the house and present yourself to the world, be your best,"
"My mum is 80 years old this year and still does that. It's taught me and my girls to feel good about about ourselves. I'm trying as the decades go on... I think it's just about having some inner joy and finding that happiness."
Kris has had a year of ups and downs.
It was announced that she's separated from husband Bruce Jenner after 22 years of marriage, although they remain amicable. But positive news includes daughter Kim's marriage and Kourtney's third pregnancy.
