Pregnant Kate Middleton and her husband Prince William are in for a treat later this month, as they have been announced as the guests of honour at the Royal Variety Performance 2014.

The couple, who are expecting their second child together, will take their seats in the London Palladium's Royal box before watching an evening of music, magic, drama and dance.

British singers Ed Sheeran and Ellie Goulding will be taking to the stage, along with former US X Factor judge Demi Lovato, critically acclaimed tenor Alfie Boe and legendary singer Dame Shirley Bassey.

The event will be hosted by comedian Michael McIntyre, while Russell Kane, Jake Whitehall, Sarah Millican and South African funnyman Trevor Noah will be providing the stand-up.

Britain's Got Talent 2014 winners Collabro will be making their big stage debut and the cast of West End musical Miss Saigon will be on hand for a show-stopping performance from the musical.

The Royal Variety Performance will take place on 13 November and will be aired on a date yet to be announced in December on ITV1.

Meanwhile, the evening will give us all a great opportunity to check out Kate's growing baby bump. We can't wait to see what she wears!

Last month, Kate and William confirmed they are expecting a second baby. Unfortunately, the news was again revealed earlier than they would have liked as Kate was suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum - severe morning sickness.

After cancelling several Royal engagements, Kate stepped out for the first time since announcing her baby news on 21 October, when she attended President of Singapore TonyTan's arrival to the UK.
