It Takes Two host Zoe co-presented last weekend's show with Tess Daly, after Claudia's eight-year-old daughter Matilda was injured in a Halloween accident.
The BBC have now confirmed that Claudia will remain absent from this weekend's episodes, which will air on Saturday 8 November and Sunday 9 November.
In a statement, the BBC said: "Zoe Ball will co-host Strictly Come Dancing this week. All our thoughts and very best wishes are with Claudia and her family at this time."
The BBC have not yet confirmed when Claudia will return, but yesterday, the 42-year-old TV presenter thanked medical staff and fans for their support.
While the nature of Matilda's injury has not been revealed, a statement issued on behalf of Claudia and her husband Kris Thykier, said: "Our daughter was involved in an accident on Friday night while celebrating Halloween. She is having the best care possible and we are hopeful of a full recovery.
"We would like to thank everyone that has been so supportive and particularly the NHS doctors, nurses and staff who have been absolutely incredible."
Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday 8 November 8 at 6.30pm. The results show airs Sunday 9 November at 7.45pm.
