The 12-year-old, who was wearing a Burberry scarf and a smart suit, arrived at the event with proud parents Victoria and David, who were happy to let their second eldest son revel in his big moment.
David clutched Romeo's hand protectively as the family were greeted by photographers outside the brand's London flagship store.
Romeo seemed at ease in the spotlight as he took to the red carpet on his own to promote From London With Love, a four-minute long short film which was directed by Burberry's creative director Christopher Bailey.
"It continues to be an utter joy working with Romeo – he has charm, style and great energy! I'm delighted that he's the lead role in our festive campaign," Bailey told reporters.
Romeo previously appeared alongside Cara Delevingne in the brand's SS13 ad campaign.
Of course he isn't the only Beckham child who has tried his hand at modelling.
Romeo's 15-year-old brother Brooklyn previously appeared on the front cover of Man About Town magazine.
Victoria and David are also parents to Cruz, nine, and Harper, three, and it seems inevitable that the youngsters will have their turn in front of the camera one day.
