Taylor Swift announces Glasgow, Manchester and London tour dates

Taylor Swift will visit London, Manchester and Glasgow on her just-announced 'The 1989 World Tour' in 2015.

The 'Shake It Off' singer will perform on our shores in June 2015 in support of her fifth studio album 1989, which topped iTunes' sales charts in 95 different countries on its release.

She'll play at The SSE Hydro in Glasgow on 23 June, followed by the MEN Arena in Manchester on 24 June. Her UK jaunt will wrap with a headline performance at the British Summertime Hyde Park show in London on 27 June.

Taylor's world tour will start in the US on 20 May and is currently slated to finish on 21 October. As well as visiting the States and the UK, she'll play dates in Germany and Netherlands.

Further dates will be announced in Australia and Asia.

Tickets go on sale to the general public for the Glasgow and Manchester dates on Friday, 7 November at 9.30am. Tickets for the London festival are on sale from Monday, 10 November at 9am.

The starlet announced her world tour plans on Good Morning America today, where she performed in Times Square to more than 20,000 fans.

Her previous tour, The RED Tour, played more than 85 shows across four continents.

'Shake It Off' is the first single to be released from 1989. It's peaked at number one in 64 countries so far.
