The actor – who played Joey Tribbiani in the long-running series – was pictured joining the crowds at the United States Formula One Grand Prix in Austin, Texas.
Matt kept a low profile in simple jeans and a baseball cap, but his superstar status meant he was lucky enough to get into the pit to see the drivers ahead of the race!
The 47-year-old actor also attended the glitzy official party at the Amber Lounge.
Lucky for some!
Matt rose to fame as loveable Joey on Friends and went on to star in spinoff series Joey, before gaining accolades for his part in the award-winning series Episodes.
Friends celebrated twenty years since its first episode this year (we know, TWENTY years!), but sadly for the diehard fans among us, there seems little chance we'll see the Central Perk gang back on screens anytime soon…
Matt recently told Huffington Post he thinks Friends should be remembered as it was and doing any spinoff movie or the like could destroy that.
"Friends was covering that specific period of time in people's lives, when you've just left college, and your friends are your family. Later on, you don't lean on your friends as much as you used to, so it really is about a finite period of time," he explained.
"Plus, knowing what I know about the lay of the land, the business people don't want to do anything to hurt the franchise."
Matt added of the show: "Friends was multi-camera. It had a live audience, it was a different genre to those shows that get made into movies. Nobody wants to wreck the memory. And I know that all six characters… we all feel exactly the same."
Well, at least we have ten series worth of Friends goodness to relive!
