Cheryl is following in the footsteps of some of Britain's biggest stars who have had the honour of doing the big switch-on in the past, including former X Factor winner James Arthur and Take That star Robbie Williams.
Flicking the switch will be a star-studded moment even without Cheryl, as the start of the light display will feature three quarters of a million lower-energy LED bulbs. Sounds spectacular!
Chez will also be joined by chart acts Rixton and Jess Glynne when she presses the button for the festive illuminations on November 6.
But before that, we can look forward to seeing her on the X Factor this weekend - and of course her very own performance on the show on Sunday night.
Ahead of the show, choreographer Brian Friedman has spoken to Reveal about how nervous - and excited - Cheryl is, and how she's been rehearsing all hours to make sure the performance is perfect.
Only two more sleeps to go!
Earlier this week, Cheryl unveiled a brand new video - an acoustic version of the title track from her new album 'Only Human'.
She also released a new publicity image on Instagram to promote her hotly-anticipated fourth studio album, which goes on sale on 10 November.
