Less then two weeks ago, Amy flipped her Range Rover after colliding with a traffic light while driving in Essex.
Now, recalling the incident, the 24-year-old has said it has left her wary of driving as she keeps thinking about what might have been.
Speaking to Reveal in this week's magazine, Amy said: "It could have been a lot worse. The thought of driving again is really scary."
Fearful of getting behind the wheel again, Amy also admitted she has been "having flashbacks" of the incident since it happened just over a week ago.
Despite rolling and writing-off her car, Amy luckily managed to escape the upturned vehicle unhurt. Convinced it was the hefty model that saved her, Amy has revealed that she will be purchasing another Range Rover.
"If I had another car, I could have died or they might have had to cut me out of the vehicle," she added.
After the accident, Amy's Range Rover and its personalised number plate had to be towed away as its roof and windscreen were left smashed from the impact.
Amy's rep said in a statement: "Amy is very lucky to be alive. The car is a complete write-off. She is still very shaken but feels lucky."
She tweeted: "Can't believe how amazing my friends and family have been the past 24 hours, I'm so lucky to have the best family in the world."
Now, feeling back to herself after resting up, Amy has been spotted back at work and last night she hosted a glamorous party to celebrate her clothing collection's third birthday (27 October).
Helping her to mark her milestone in style, Amy was joined by a whole host of her celeb pals including Louie Spence, her cousin and former TOWIE co-star Harry Derbidge and Nicola McLean.
