Vicky, 26, has starred in the MTV reality series since the beginning in 2011, but says she feels she's aged to "78 in Geordie Shore years" due to the programme's wild antics.
The Newcastle-born star is now happily loved up with hockey player James Morgan and wants to focus on their relationship, along with new projects career-wise.
Speaking to The Sun, Vicky said: "Although it's been an excellent opportunity, I've grown up.
"Somewhere along the Jägerbombs, sl*t-dropping and bed-dropping, I aged. Not just in normal years but in Geordie Shore years, so I feel about 78."
Vicky added that James had "factored" in her decision to leave the reality show, as she felt their relationship wasn't benefiting from her busy filming schedule.
Tonight, Geordie Shore returns to MTV for its ninth series and viewers will see Vicky put in charge of the house after she receives a promotion from boss Anna.
As all the episodes have been pre-recorded, Vicky will star in the entire series, however she will not make an appearance if the Geordies return to our screens for a tenth time.
Vicky has been a regular in Geordie Shore, alongside the likes of Holly Hagan and Gary 'Gaz' Beadle, since series one. Initially, she enjoyed a brief romance with Jay Gardener, before later becoming engaged to Ricci Guarnaccio.
The couple called off their romance in series five, after much arguing and fighting, and Ricci also decided it was his time to leave the show.
In April this year, Vicky's career with MTV took a new direction when she signed up to appear in Ex On The Beach - in which she came face-to-face with Ricci again.
Soon after, Vicky confirmed her relationship with James, who used to date former TOWIE star Maria Fowler.
