The former TOWIE star posed as a ghoul to join the ITV sofa, stepping out with red eyes and a deathly white complexion to be interviewed by Ruth Langsford and Eamon Holmes.
Joey, made up with bloody cuts and scars, was talking Educating Joey Essex: Reem Halloween.
We revealed recently that Joey's back on our TV screens for a brand new spooky instalment of Educating Joey Essex: Reem Halloween.
Joey will be facing his fears by investigating the ghostly wonders of Wales on the show.
"It's basically about the paranormal. Anything like aliens, ghosts, the unknown." Joey told Ruth and Eamon.
"I met this guy – I can't really say his name because it's in Welsh – and he took me round Wales, doing paranormal investigations into spirits and ghosts."
During filming, Joey believes he saw a ghost, and even had his hair clipped off by a pagan witch to add to a potion, as part of a spell to make him more clever.
He's also seen lying inside a coffin, which he describes as "creepy".
But Joey is confident that viewers will believe in the supernatural after tuning in.
"It's hard to believe in things you don't know about, but after watching Reem Halloween I think people will," he said.
Joey recently told Reveal: "If I see a ghost, I won't start praying, I'll just look straight at it and say, 'What are you saying?'"
Joey's education will begin in Hay-on-Wye where he joins a ghost hunting guide, which he describes as "something out of The Matrix".
Although the 24-year-old has previously spoken about being comfortable with ghosts, he quickly gets the jitters during an overnight stay in one of Wales' oldest and most haunted pubs.
Joey, who admits that his greatest fear is becoming possessed, continues his ghost hunt at the spooky surroundings of Bodelwyddan castle.
Educating Joey Essex: Reem Halloween will air this Friday for Halloween on 31 October at 9pm on ITV2.
