In July, Tulisa walked free from court after a judge threw out a case against her. The N-Dubz star had been accused of being involved in the supply of class A drugs to an undercover reporter, which she strongly denied.
Now, looking back on her "horrible year", Tulisa has said she is "better than ever" and finally feels like she is back in a "good place".
Appearing on Radio 1 earlier today, Tulisa told DJ Nick Grimshaw that she doesn't want to forget about her ordeal, as it helps her to be more appreciative of life.
"I don't want to move on from it," she said. "I actually remind myself of it every morning that I wake up, as it reminds me of the good times."
Tulisa added: "Life is a rollercoaster, the lower down you go, the higher you bounce back up.
"I think people were expecting to me go a bit mad and be bitter about the whole situation, but I think you have to take every negative as a positive."
Following the collapsed trial, the former X Factor judge said the support she has received has been "amazing" - especially now that people know the 'real' story.
Tulisa has now returned to work and recently announced her comeback single, 'Living Without You'.
Marking her musical comeback, the contemporary dance track is the first single Tulisa has released in two years.
After the single was leaked online, Tulisa released a lyric video to give fans the chance to hear her new song. Meanwhile, the official video for 'Living Without You' is set to be released next week, while the single will be available to buy from 7 December.
