X Factor boys Jack Walton and Jake Quickenden were all smiles as they cuddled up to Sarah-Jane Crawford this morning.

And it's no surprise they looked chuffed, as the Xtra Factor host was looking absolutely gorgeous!

Sarah looked super-stylish for her outing with Mel B's boys, teaming her colour block blouse with black shorts and lace up leather boots.

Sporting her trademark red lippie, Sarah kept her long dark locks sleek and straight as she visited ITV's This Morning to talk about co-hosting the MOBO Awards later on this evening.

Joining her outside the studio were X Factor finalists Jack and Jake, who both looked effortlessly cool in their dressed down ensembles.

Taking time out from their rehearsals for Saturday's live show, the boys were more than happy to cosy up to Sarah for a quick snap. By the sounds of things, they'll be keeping the DJ company for the rest of the day too - even at the MOBOs.

The lucky things!

Tweeting earlier today, Jack revealed that he will be attending the star-studded awards bash: "Can't wait to go to the @MOBOAwards gonna be mint!" he gushed.

Their well-deserved rehearsal break comes after both Jack and Jake were saved by the public vote during Sunday night's results show.

For the 80s-themed week, Jack was praised for his rendition of Paula Abdul's 'Straight Up'.

Cheryl Fernadez-Versini said she "thoroughly enjoyed" Jack's performance, while Louis Walsh said he thought Jack was the "real deal and a real artist".

Meanwhile, Jake took on Bonnie Tyler's 'Total Eclipse Of The Heart' but, while he impressed his mentor Mel, Cheryl said she didn't like the song choice.

Music mogul Simon Cowell did commend Jake on his efforts however: "Whatever is thrown at you, you do give it 150 percent," he said.

In another double elimination, Cheryl lost half of her four acts as Chloe-Jasmine Whichello and Stephanie Nala were both sent home. While Stephanie received the fewest public votes, Chloe was voted out by the judges after facing boyband Stereo Kicks in the sing off.

This weekend, the remaining 12 finalists will channel their inner Hollywood as they take on songs from the movies.

The X Factor continues on ITV this Saturday and Sunday at 8pm.
