Mel is mentoring the boys in the show and, wasting no time at all, was already back in the studio with Jack Walton, Paul Akiester, Andrea Faustini and Jake Quickenden yesterday (20 October).
While Jack Walton perfected his vocals on the mic and Mel's helpers listened in, the former Spice Girl gave her advice and guidance ahead of his third performance.
There's no messing around with his judge!
Sharing a studio selfie, Mel told her Instagram followers: "Me and @jackwaltonofficial and the team hard at work already, fresh and early on a Monday for #xfactor."
Both Mel and Simon Cowell still have all four of their acts, however Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and Louis Walsh are already down to half.
Louis lost Blonde Electra and Overload Generation in the first week, while Cheryl was dealt a double blow on Sunday when Stephanie Nala and Chloe-Jasmine Whichello were both sent packing.
Although confident of her boys, Mel did admitted after Sunday's show: "I was sooooo worried tonight thank you everyone for voting for my boys @paulakister @andrea_faustini @jackwaltonofficial @jakequickenden14 we need these boys."
