Former TOWIE star Amy was driving alone in London when her white Range Rover - which has the numberplate 'WE11 JEL' - suddenly flipped onto its roof.
According to reports, Amy was involved in a collision with a traffic light but incredibly managed to scramble free unhurt from her upturned vehicle.
The 24-year-old has since taken to Twitter and, in an emotional message, told fans just how lucky she is to still be here.
She said: "I am so lucky to be alive, thank you to everyone for your lovely messages, God was definitely watching down on me xxx."
Amy has also retweeted her aunt Karen - mother of cousin and former TOWIE co-star Harry Derbidge - who said: "Omg thank god my @MissAmyChilds is ok xx love u. Xx."
The star's brother, meanwhile, added: "Love my sister so much so glad she is ok @MissAmyChilds."

The windscreen and roof of Amy's Range Rover were both left smashed following the incident, which happened in South Woodford at around 10pm last night (15 October).
Witnesses have since described seeing Amy sat "shocked and shaken" on the pavement, moments after walking free from the wreckage. Her Range Rover Autograph Sport, which is worth £140,000 - including her £80,000 numberplate, was later towed away on the back of a truck.
A police spokesman said: "At this early stage it is believed that the vehicle was in collision with a traffic light. There are no reported injuries at this time and enquiries are continuing."
