During the Made In Chelsea: New York series this summer, Louise and native New Yorker Alik fell in love after a whirlwind romance. Andy did not join the gang in the Big Apple as filming clashed with his UK tour dates.
On Monday's opening episode of MIC's new series (13 October), Andy revealed that he was "gutted" to find out Louise had moved on.
However, in the full trailer for next week's episode, it appears that lovebirds Louise and Alik face further obstacles in their relationship.
Talking about ex-girlfriend Louise, Andy is seen telling Lucy Watson: "It's quite weird seeing her with another guy. She could've been one that I would marry."
Meanwhile, Alik discusses the situation with the boys and tells Jamie Laing, Stevie Johnson and Oliver Proudlock that he trusts Louise completely.
"She hasn't given me a reason to not trust her," Alik tells them. "She's my girl, man. All I'm saying is he's just got to keep his distance."
However, in another clip, Stevie soon drops a spanner in the works as he sits at a table with Alik, Louise and Binky Felstead.
Talking about his recent conversation with Andy, Stevie reveals to Louise: "When you were in New York, he said that you guys were messaging each other."
A startled Alik interrupts and says to Louise: "Whoa what? You guys were messaging in New York?"
Later, Andy confesses to Louise: "I guess in the back of my head, I always thought there was something there for us."
Louise replies: "I felt the same way as well."
It's not long before Alik turns up, and we can only guess what happens next...
Made In Chelsea continues every Monday at 10pm on E4.
