X Factor's Only The Young looked to be in good spirits earlier today as they arrived at a studio in London.

The group, who are mentored by Louis Walsh, posed for waiting photographers before heading inside for another week of gruelling rehearsals.

Charlie, Parisa, Mikey and Betsy Blue smiled from ear-to-ear, and we're not surprised, as they successfully made it through to the second week of the competition during last night's results show!

Determined to put a twist on their performance, Only The Young delivered a mash-up of 'Jailhouse Rock' and 'Twist and Shout' on Saturday night.

While Mel B wasn't keen too keen on their song choice, Simon Cowell praised the group for their efforts.

"They weren't the most original songs, but you do love stuff from the past and I think it was smart doing it because it lifted the show," said Simon. "I think with the right person looking after you, which would be me, you have a massive chance in the competition."

After making it through to another week, the band are now focusing on their new song, which has to embrace the show's 80s theme.

Parisa tweeted today: "Mooooorning! Woken up in the best mood ever. Last night was incredible! Thank you to everyone who voted! I love you!"

The Wanted star Nathan Sykes tweeted his support for Only The Young too. Nathan said: "Just caught up on The X Factor! @otyofficial absolutely smashed it! Best of the night!! Couldn't be more proud!! Make sure you vote for them!"
