Jennifer Ellison gave birth to baby number three just one month ago and she's been getting used to sleepless nights and nappy changes again ever since.

Not that you'd know it, because this yummy mummy has also been busy promoting her new TV show Dance Mums With Jennifer Ellison!

Jen now has Bobby, four, one-year-old Harry and brand new son Charlie with hubby Robbie Tickle and tells us that having a newborn isn't such a shock to the system the third time around.

Jennifer was expecting while she filmed her new TV show.

"I'm so much more chilled out. We've already made the adjustment to becoming parents and it's not as daunting now we've been there, done it, bought the T-shirt. We know exactly what we need to do," she says.

Throughout her pregnancy, which coincided with filming her new show for Lifetime - a UK version of Stateside hit Dance Moms - Jen was craving the things she usually hates like black pudding and anchovies.

And ever since her little one arrived on September 26, Jen's decided that she certainly won't be attempting to squeeze into an old pair of skinny jeans.

She laughs: "I'll just be disappointed when I don't fit in to them! My babies are my priority and I'll take my time, get the weight off when I want to.

"I'm breastfeeding, I've got two other little ones running around, so that's going to take a lot of time and energy. I haven't even thought about exercising."

The 31-year-old star, who shot to fame on Brookside, appeared on Dancing On Ice in 2012 and set up her own performing arts school in her home town of Liverpool three years ago, tells us that being a busy working mum can sometimes take its toll.

She married boxer Robbie in 2009 and admits: "We neglected each other a little bit… We focused on being mum and dad and forgot that we are husband and wife.

"Now we make time together for something simple. He'll take me out for dinner or cook at home, he's really good at it!

"You've got to have an undying love for each other because you'll go through good and bad times. Marriage is not fed to you on a plate, you've got to work at it and you've both got to make sacrifices."

On a night out with Robbie last year.

And working at it is what Jen does best. She's training a group of young dancers for her new show and dealing with their pushy mothers to boot.

Jen, who won a series of international dance awards as a teen, tells us: "The daughters are more adult than the mothers… It was like training a gang of two year olds!"

Dance Mums With Jennifer Ellison starts tonight at 9pm exclusively to Lifetime.
