Tulisa was pictured at the Pride Of Britain Awards and looked stunning in a gorgeous, floor-length black gown with train.
The former X Factor judge's textured dress was backless and she showed it off in all its glory at the exclusive Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
It's been one hell of a year for Tulisa and, until last night, she had not been spotted on a red carpet for months.
In June, Tulisa appeared in court accused of setting up a drugs deal but she walked free after the trial collapsed and the judge threw the case out.
As a result of her court appearance, the N-Dubz star says she lost friends who deserted her at her time of need. However, her former X Factor co-stars were not among them.
Last week, Tulisa spoke out and publicly thanked X Factor's Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh for standing by her.
In fact, in a true show of support, Tulisa was even invited to Bermuda to join Louis as a guest judge at this year's X Factor Judges' Houses.
Tulisa said last week: "Louis was one of the people that stuck by me all the way. He's a true friend. He openly supported me, not caring at the time what people thought.
"I'd really like to thank the whole of X Factor, including Simon Cowell, for being so supportive of me."
Tulisa was joined at last night's Pride Of Britain Awards by Simon and his partner Lauren Silverman.
