Yesterday, the singing sisters - Jazzy and Ruby King - were pictured working up a sweat near to the contestants' plush new house in London.
The duo were pounding the pavements to ensure they are in tip top condition when they perform for the nation in this weekend's first live show.
Dressed down in jogging bottoms and trainers, Jazzy and Ruby appeared to be enjoying their early morning run following the stress of the last few weeks.
This weekend, Blonde Electra were seen performing to Louis Walsh and his guest judge, Tulisa Contostavlos, at Judges' Houses in Bermuda.
Eagle-eyed fans will, however, have noticed that the girls have changed the name of their group from Blonde Electric.
But while reasons behind name changes on The X Factor have been made public in the past, there appears to be no official confirmation on why the have changed their moniker.
Usually, it is the result of copyright issues. In 2011, Little Mix were forced to give themselves a new name after their original one - Rhythmix - became the centre of a copyright dispute.
We guess this one will remain a mystery!
