TOWIE star Bobby Norris gave us all an eyeful with his (lack of!) swimwear in Ibiza, but it worked wonders for a head-to-toe tan!

Earlier today, Bobby joined his co-stars Ferne McCann and Vas J Morgan to talk TOWIE with Nick Grimshaw on Radio 1 and it wasn't too long before Bobby's bizarre swimwear became the topic of conversation.

But explaining the method behind his madness, Bobs said "he'll do anything for a tan".

Introducing, the Ball Bag!

Last week while sunning himself in Ibiza, Bobby had us all talking as he stepped out in his latest beach attire... the Ball Bag.

Wearing a teeny-tiny piece of silver material that just about covered his manhood, a care-free Bobby was one happy beach-goer as he perfected his tan.

Talking about his swimwear to Nick, he said: "With the schlong thong that I wore in Marbella I was still getting a bit of a white tan, the way forward was to go for the bag."

Apparently his skimpy 'outfit' is designed to reflect the light and increase the tan, so it's perfect for achieving an all-over bronzed glow, right?

While the others joked it looked like he had just worn a piece of tin foil, Bobby defended his swimwear and said: "It penetrates the sun and it really helps to get a good tan."

It may do, but somehow we can't quite see it catching it on...

Bobby was joined by Ferne and Vas who gave us an insight, live on air, into just what it's like being a reality star.

Talking about filming for the new series, Ferne told Nick: "Life literally goes on hold for eight weeks."

Explaining that the TOWIE cast are in high demand when the cameras start rolling, Vas said the stars "can never plan" anything as they don't know when they'll be needed on set... and filming can be a little inconvenient at times.

He said: "When we start filming again we'll get a text the day before like you're filming tomorrow… In Ibiza we were all out for dinner and two o'clock in the morning we got a text like you're all filming tomorrow at 9am!"

Talk about short notice!

Before Vas, Bobby and Ferne chatted to Nick, the Radio 1 DJ was joined by James 'Arg' Argent and his former flame Lydia Bright - who revealed the pair had enjoyed a holiday romance.

The new series of TOWIE is set to return to our screens next week on Wednesday 8 October with the first episode of two Ibiza specials.

Following Wednesday's show, the cast will join original TOWIE star Mark Wright for a spinoff show as he catches up with the stars to find out all the exclusive behind-the-scenes goss from their recent trip.
