Last night (30 September), Proudlock took fans on a trip down memory lane by sharing the old painting of himself, Francis and Jamie, which took pride of place in their Victorian terrace house - or more aptly their 'Pardy Pad' in Fulham.
The trio, often called the Lost Bois, lived in the house while filming MIC, and plenty of drama as well as numerous house parties took place!
The painting is rather memorable though, what with Jamie's hair, Proudlock's eyes and Francis' mouth all creatively merged into one.
Sharing a picture of his pride and joy (the work of art was painted by Proudlock himself), he said: "The day Neptune was born. #3lostbois #mic #memories."
As if one throwback wasn't enough, Jamie also shared an old photo of the trio last night. Captioning the snap posted to Instagram, he said: "The team @francisboulle88 @proudlock #missthelostbois."
We must admit, we miss the Lost Bois too!
While Proudlock and Jamie are still part of the show, Francis was last seen very briefly during MIC's sixth series after revealing he would be cutting back on filming and we've missed seeing him on our screens ever since.
Francis, who is heir to a diamond mining dynasty, is still close with the boys and when he's not partying with Jamie he's busy pranking his fans - remember when he pretended to get married?!
The new eighth series of MIC is expected to return this autumn with New York newbies Alik Alfus and Billie Carroll expected to make appearances.
