X Factor judge Cheryl has told her followers she isn't bothered by so much now she is 31, adding that she only choses to focus on the things that matter in her life.
The Girls Aloud star has definitely been through the wringer in the past - experiencing a bitter divorce, battle with malaria and her sacking from US X Factor - however she has learned to rise above life's rough patches.
Speaking out as 'I Don't Care' was given its first radio airplay at 8am, Cheryl admitted: "I'm a woman now; I'm at that age that things don't bother me like they used to.
"I still care about things, but I've discovered what's important to care about, and what's most definitely not."
Yesterday, Cheryl released the single cover for 'I Don't Care' and she looks sizzling in gold trainers, black pants and a sheer top.
The track is from her forthcoming album Only Human, which is released in November, and it is hot on the heels of her No1 comeback single 'Crazy Stupid Love'.
Last month, Cheryl took fans behind-the-scenes on the music video shoot for 'I Don't Care' after sharing sneak peek pictures on Instagram.
In one of the photos, Cheryl can be seen standing high on a mountain with her arms outstretched and in another she is dancing her booty off!
'I Don't Care' is released on 9 November.
