Victoria will work with UNAIDS, the United Nation's HIV and Aids charity. She's also been a patron of Sir Elton John's AIDS Foundation for more than a decade.
Back in London, hubby David stepped in for Victoria on launch day, arriving alongside the ex-singer's parents and sister Louise.
Son Brooklyn, 15, was also pictured checking up the store at the weekend.
