Kerry Katona has donated her wedding dress to charity.

The Atomic Kitten star walked down the aisle to marry fiancé George Kay on Sunday, 14 September clad in a classic strapless white gown by designer Mori Lee.

But rather than keeping her gown as a souvenir, she's given it to Radio City's Cash for Kids appeal to use as they wish.

The charity's manager Carol Clare told Liverpool Echo: "It is great to know that even on her special day she is still thinking of ways to help those much less fortunate than herself."

Kerry picked her dress from Bridesworld in Wallasey, and owner Betty Nelson said she wanted something "crisp, simple and sophisticated". The result? "A classic lace fishtail dress with a touch of old Hollywood glamour," said Betty.

The Big Reunion star liked the style as it showed off her curves and post-pregnancy body following the birth of daughter Dylan-Jorge earlier this year.

Kerry and George met as teenagers in Warrington but their relationship only started as adults. George proposed to Kerry in Blackpool last April, getting her kids to help with the big question.

The star was walked down the aisle by six-year-old son Max, while daughters Molly, 13, Lilly-Sue, 11, and Heidi, seven, served as bridesmaids and flower girl.

After the wedding, Kerry told fans she was the "happiest girl alive" and she'd be changing her name to Kerry Kay.
