The Keeping Up With The Kardashians couple stunned fans in October last year when they revealed they'd split following 22 years of marriage.
And now they're making it official.
Kris, 58, filed legal documents at Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday (22 September) requesting her marriage to Bruce, 64, be ended.
She cited irreconcilable differences as the reason and requested joint custody of their daughter Kylie Jenner, 17. The couple's other daughter Kendall, 18, is not a minor.
And in another shock to fans, the court documents list the couple's date of separation as 1 June 2013, five months before they made their break up public.
In a statement announcing their split last October, they said: "We are living separately and are much happier this way. But we will always have much love and respect for each other.
"Even though we are separated, we will always remain best friends and, as always, our family will remain our number one priority."
Kris and Olympian Bruce became household names thanks to Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the E! reality show that documents their lives and those of their children.
In addition to Kylie and Kendall, Kris has daughters Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, and son Rob Kardashian, from her marriage to late husband Robert Kardashian.
Despite separating last year, Kris and Bruce have remained amicable and are often pictured together. They have both remained castmembers on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
In April this year, Kris even marked what would have been the couple's 23rd wedding anniversary via Instagram, saying: "Happy anniversary to one of the most amazing men I know! I love you. Wow 23 years."
