Awaiting her teacher in the dance studio, Caroline shared a hungover photo of herself to Instagram and revealed she was yet to let dance pro Pasha know she wasn't feeling too steady on her feet.
Maybe keep that one to yourself, Cazza?
Dressed head-to-toe in black, Caroline made sure to cover up any evidence of her heavy night with a hooded gilet and large shades on her face. Ahead of her rehearsals, the star was wearing belted, cropped black jeans and a Calvin Klein sleeveless tee with a pair of wedged sandals.
Opting for a full-length mirror shot rather than a close-up selfie, Caroline said: "Waiting for Pasha. Yet to tell him of my hangover. Ouchhhhhhh."
Still, at least all that fancy footwork will help sweat out the hangover horror right?!
As the seven day countdown begins until the Strictly Come Dancing contestants will be performing their first live dance on the show, all of this year's stars and their partners have been busy putting in plenty of practice to perfect their moves.
And for Caroline there's one particular step she just can't seem to grasp...
While being filmed in rehearsals, Caroline said: "It's going well I think... It's all completely new to me. The hardest thing is doing hips. When I watch girl dancers do it, it all looks so natural they all go at the same time, but actually... to coordinate the steps with the hips is quite hard!"
But she's not the only star who has been working on their hip movements as former TOWIE star Mark Wright has also been attempting to conquer his hips while training with partner Karen Hauer.
Keep at it guys, not long to go now!
Strictly returns to our screens with the first live performances next weekend (26-27 September) on BBC One.
