The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has said the couple are hoping to give daughter North West, one, a brother or sister sooner rather than later.
Speaking on Australia's Today Show, the reality star said: "I hope [we'll have a new addition soon]. We're trying. I guess it's all in God's hands."
She added of motherhood: "It's changed me so much. Everything is put into perspective and nothing really matters expect spending time with your family and doing things important to you."
Although Kim, 33, is excited about adding to her family, she has spoken recently about her fears of going through pregnancy again as she had such a tough time while expecting North.
"I had a medically tough and challenging pregnancy," she's said, "but it's so worth it. I am obsessed with my daughter!"
And she may not stop at two kids...
During an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show recently, the brunette admitted that growing up with so many siblings had made her want a huge family.
"I will go for two… but then again, I have so many siblings and they are my best friends that I would want that for my kids. I'm going to do two and see how it goes. Maybe three or four… I go back and forth!"
Kim jetted into Australia with daughter North at the start of this month to support Kanye on the Down Under dates of his 'Yeezus Tour'.
Before that, the family were in London together where Kim picked up the honour of 'GQ Woman of the Year' at the GQ Men of the Year Awards 2014.
