Earlier this month, Arg became the subject of a Met Police missing persons appeal when he failed to show up for a scheduled flight to Majorca.
As a result, his family, friends and TOWIE co-stars were worried sick and the hashtag '#Pray4Arg' began trending on Twitter as fans became frantic for information.
Thankfully, Arg later turned up and, after apologising for causing such a panic, revealed that he had gone to the wrong airport and was unable to phone anyone because his battery was flat.
In tonight's episode of Celebrity Juice, which is returning to ITV2 for a brand new series, Arg has spoken in more detail about the drama and revealed that it was a hotel cleaner who informed him that he was 'missing'.
Arg says: "Basically, I went to the airport and I missed the flight, so I checked into a hotel nearby and my phone ran out of battery.
"I basically just chilled in the hotel with no battery. Then I woke up and asked the cleaner for a charger and she knocked on the door and said, 'You're missing!'
"I said, 'What do you mean I'm missing?' and she said, 'It's all other the news'. So I went and put my phone on charge and went on Twitter and all I saw was #PrayForArg.
'I was thinking, 'Why are they praying for me?' And then I phoned my mum and that was it." Arg adds: "It was a bit embarrassing."
Arg will appear on tonight's Celebrity Juice alongside fellow guests Tess Daly, Jack P. Shepherd and Alex Brooker.
