The Britain's Got Talent judge, 35, and dancer partner Azuka are blissfully in love and parents to baby daughter Azura, but Alesha's not quite ready to say yes to marriage…
Speaking on tonight's Piers Morgan's Life Stories, she explains: "He's asked me about five times but I won't take him seriously. He asks me when he's jokey and I won't take him seriously until he does it properly."
When Piers quizzes if "properly" means getting down on one knee, Alesha replies: "Well, a ring would be a start!"
Come on, Azuka!
Alesha has kept her relationship with Azuka away from the spotlight so we don't know too much about him.
On the show, she explains they were friends for a "long time" before romance blossomed – and she knew he was the one when he cared for her after a foot operation.
"He carried me to the toilet when I had my foot operation. I knew it was love then. I thought this man's there for me, I've had a foot operation, I can't walk, he's carried me to the toilet it's got to be love.
"I am authentically myself when I'm with him. I don't have to be anything other than who I am and it's a great feeling when you can just be yourself with someone. And its like being with my best friend everyday."
Piers Morgan's Life Stories: Alesha Dixon airs tonight at 9pm on ITV.
