The former Xtra Factor presenter is one of the celebrities who will compete for the Mirrorball Trophy when the new series of Strictly kicks off this weekend.
Chatting about her prep for the series, the star said: "Me and my boyfriend have done a bit of practice in the kitchen but that really is about it.
"The only problem is that my boyfriend is the worst dancer I have ever seen in my entire life! Although to be fair he really does try hard though even if he does move like a mosquito, haha!"
Well, perhaps Caroline can teach him some of her moves as the series progresses?!
Jack may have to wait a while to see Caroline, 34, dancing in the flesh though as she's said she doesn't want her nearest and dearest there on the first live show.
I'm not inviting my family and friends to the first show, I'll be far too nervous! They can come to the second show!
Caroline's professional dance partner for the series has yet to be publicly revealed but whoever it is, hopefully they'll come packed with advice as Caroline admitted she hasn't spoken to any ex-Strictly contestants herself.
"I don't know anyone well enough to ask them so I definitely need to make friends with the ex-contestants and get some pointers from them!"
Strictly Come Dancing launches Sunday, 7 September at 8pm on BBC One.
