The controversial TV personality met the bubbly aspiring singers backstage on ITV's This Morning recently and, well, they didn't really win her over…
"I had the misfortune to bump into Blonde Electric this week," wrote Katie in her The Sun column.
"I can confirm they are indeed as irritating as they seemed on TV. The less attractive of the two blurted at full volume: 'Oh my gawwwddd… congratulations… when is it due?' referring to my new fat bump."
Oops. Katie is in the middle of an experiment where she's purposefully gained nearly three stone to show how easy it is to put on weight through unhealthy eating and a sedentary lifestyle.
She's then planning on losing it through sensible eating and exercise – no fancy gyms, trainers or organic food.
Katie continued: "I have two options when people mistakenly think I am pregnant. Either I can play along and spare their blushes. Or I can crucify them with embarrassment and tell them I'm not preggers, I'm just fat.
"Naturally I chose the latter. I may be the only person on the planet who has found a way to silence the two of them with three little words."
Blonde Electric came into our lives on the opening episode of X Factor's 11th series last weekend. They burst into the audition room with so much energy that judges Simon Cowell, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Mel B and Louis Walsh looked rather shocked!
After belting out their version of Jessie J's 'Do It Like A Dude', they were - eventually - put through to the next round by Louis, Mel and Simon, the latter saying it could be the biggest mistake of his life...
