Yesterday, Pixie was back to her pop star duties as she performed at the Peace One Day Gala in London and, speaking out, the 'Lay Me Down' singer revealed she won't be sizing up her Strictly competition.
Singer Pixie announced last week she would be joining the Strictly line-up this year but, excited to get started, the star has admitted it will be difficult to balance dance rehearsals with her already busy schedule.
Speaking to Mail Online, she said: "It's going to be very manic to juggle but I'm up for the challenge."
But keen to get started and show off her fancy footwork, Pixie added she was "looking forward to having lots of fun and meeting new people".
The 23-year-old is no stranger to dance, thanks to her training at the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts, and in her bid to win the famous Mirrorball Trophy she wants to perfect every little detail, from her moves to her glittery wardrobe.
Famous for her original costume style (remember that very leggy, pink velvet number?!), Pixie has made sure she gets to have her own little input on her Strictly ensembles.
She said: "I have been working along with the stylists of the show and this will hopefully show my individuality."
We can't wait to see what she has come up with!
Pixie joins a star-studded line-up for this year's competition, including the likes of The Saturdays' Frankie Sandford, ex-TOWIE star Mark Wright, former Xtra Factor presenter Caroline Flack and Radio 1 DJ Scott Mills.
Strictly returns to our screens this Sunday 7 September at 8pm on BBC One.
