The model and actress talks about her ample cleavage in new autobiography Up Close, which is being serialised in The Sun.
In an extract published today, the 34-year-old admits that she sometimes wonders where she would be in life without her famous breasts.
"They are a very prominent 30FF and in a strange way they have defined my life over the past 20 years," she writes.
"They've brought fun, opportunity, attention and drama. They've been misunderstood, exploited, loved and admired, ridiculed and humiliated."
Kelly says she's dedicated her autobiography to her boobs, joking they've created more publicity and generated more headlines than any of her famous ex-lovers or career moves.
"If anything, they have been the most consistently spoken about thing in my career. I have basically built an empire around them. They are my loyal friends!"
Kelly's autobiography is released Thursday, 11 September.
Speaking about her decision to pen an autobiography, she said: "This was such a fantastic experience and I hope for it to inspire young women to live life on their own terms and not be defined by other people's perception or limitations," she said.
"I have overcome alot in my short life and I want to share for the first time my feelings and perspective on all aspects of it. This is a deeply personal, truthful and honest account of many things that have happened to me. Life is nothing but chapters and this is me closing the door on many."
