Made In Chelsea's Alex Mytton has spoken out after Jamie Laing accused him of "hooking up" with his beloved ex-girlfriend Tara Keeney.

Jamie held back tears as he confronted Alex in Central Park, New York, in the latest episode of MIC:NYC last night (17 August) and branded his friend a "pr***".

Alex denied it at first but, even after attempting to apologise later in the episode, Jamie made it clear their friendship is over for good. He told Alex: "Go to London you f***ing pr***, I f***ing hate you!"

Alex, however, has now taken to Twitter in an attempt to explain himself. He told his followers: "If only you knew the actual story." During the E4 show, he had also posted: "Chill out people."

Binky Felstead, meanwhile, also made clear her feelings about the episode once it had finished - and more importantly, her thoughts about ex-boyfriend Alex.

Viewers had seen Alex turn up in New York to surprise Binky, but she refused to be taken in by his charm. Especially after the Tara revelation!

Binky tweeted: "Night everyone- sorry it took so long but I got there! Onwards & upwards & new balls please! ;) what you saw tonight was real- no excuses! X."

Jamie and Tara first got together in early 2013 and had an on/off relationship for about a year. In December, Jamie declared that he was "completely in love" with Tara after sharing a picture of himself cuddled up to her.

In May, Jamie and Tara sparked rumours of a reunion after they were spotted almost kissing at a party. This came just weeks after they were pictured holding hands while out in London.

Last night, however, Jamie was seen telling Alex: "I go to New York, my back is turned and you go there. You don't understand how much it hurts."
