The 'Baby' singer was not in court yesterday to hear he'd been sentenced to twelve hours of anger management and will have to pay donate £30,000 to charity.
Judge William Altfield said: "He has his whole life is ahead of him, and he just hopefully will get the message, he will grow up, he will use all of his talents positively for young persons. He has so much to offer and has so much to lose
Justin, 20, was arrested in January on suspicion of driving under the influence, resisting arrest without violence and driving without a valid license.
His plea deal reduced the driving under the influence charge to careless driving.
As well as being ordered to anger management and make a charity donation, the singer was also fined. His lawyer said the charity donation had already been made to a local children's charity.
After his arrest in January, Justin thanked his fans for their support.
He wrote on Twitter (in capital letters): "YOU ARE ALL WORTHY NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE SAYS >> BE STRONG GOD IS WITH US ALL> MY BELIEBERS CHANGED MY LIFE> I WILL FOREVER BE GRATEFUL."
