The Atomic Kitten star is preparing to marry fiancé George Kay, but has been struck down by a rotator cuff injury that is making life miserable.
Kerry tweeted: "In so much pain with my shoulder!!! Rotator cuff!! Need an op on it! Can't have any more injections in it :-( It's affecting my whole mood it's like the worse tooth ache ever!!
"PAIN: Affects everything from sleep and eating to nerves and attitude and just about everything in between!!!!!"
She added: "Is out of order due to severe pain."
Poor Kerry then lamented: "Think I'll be the only hen to have a hen party and not be there the way this pain is carrying on!!!!"
Thankfully, she appears to be feeling a bit better today, telling fans: "Good morning people, omg I feel sooo much better thank goodness!! Still in pain with my shoulder but my headache has gone!! Have a great day."
Kerry, 33, hasn't revealed when her hen do is taking place – or where – but she did reassure fans lately that her wedding to George will go ahead despite his recent erratic behaviour.
Former rugby player George, 34, was briefly detained under the Mental Health Act after he was seen acting erratically in the street. He later blamed it on a cocktail of steroids, sleeping pills and alcohol and vowed never to mix them again.
Kerry said recently: "I know there have been rumours of the wedding being off but it is definitely going ahead. And it is not abroad – we are getting married in the UK."
