Mark, 27, told Reveal: "Michelle has always had a great body, even before she met me. We give each other tips about healthy eating and fitness but sometimes we do disagree."
"The other night Michelle was telling me that if you want to avoid fatty drinks on a night out you should drink champagne. I said it's too much sugar and she was saying 'no that's the best one.' It's not! When I'm dieting I stick to vodka, soda and fresh lime."
Dodgy weight loss advice aside, Mark couldn't be happier since moving in with the 27-year-old beauty a couple of weeks ago. "We haven't spent a lot of time at home together yet. I just want us to have some routine and get to the point where we're feeling a bit bored!"
Mark was recently named as ambassador of new Bio Synergy fitness supplement range Super 7 which helps keep his super bod in shape.
"I don't have time to hit the gym every day and I do like to let loose occasionally and eat and drink what I want, so Super 7 is perfect for people like me."
And for those bad eating and drinking days, the cupboards in the Keegan-Wright household are stocked with Super Noodles. "We both love them and take them to bed with us. I have about two or two packets a week."
But he may have to pack this habit in if he joins the Strictly Come Dancing line up. When asked about reports he was joining the hit BBC show he confessed: "I don't know…I have spoken to them, but I haven't made a decision. But there's been chats."
