The blonde reality star appeared on ITV's This Morning earlier today to talk about his secret issues with food in the past and how he had overcome them.

After the interview aired, he tweeted: "Thank you all for the kind messages. That was very hard to talk about but I hope I helped talking about something so sensitive."

Harry, 20, explained on the show that he'd developed issues with food at the age of eight. The turning point for him was eighteen months ago when he dropped to around seven stone and doctors warned he'd have to enter a clinic if he didn't stop losing weight.

Now, he's ten stone and feeling better than ever. His aim is to add another stone to his frame and continue to feel healthy and look good.

Harry was inspired to share his story after watching TOWIE co-star Sam Faiers speak publicly about her battle with Crohn's Disease over recent months.

Sam was among the friends who tweeted their pride in watching Harry speak today, saying: "Well done @MrHarryDerbidge very brave of u love u lots."

James 'Arg' Argent also sent his support, tweeting: "Just watched @MrHarryDerbidge interview on @itvthismorning Amazing inspiration to many people out there my friend."
