Taking a little inspiration from Nicki Minaj's latest - and much talked about - 'Anaconda' cover, the group got creative by placing their heads on Nicki's famous body and derrière.
Erik-Michael Estrada, Jacob Underwood, Trevor Penick and Dan Miller showed off the mock cover after revealing that their highly-anticipated album will now have an official UK release date of Monday 25 August.
In the one minute and 15 second spoof video posted to YouTube, it appears the Nicki-inspired cover art was all Erik's idea.
It shows the rest of the group sitting at a table, while Erik eventually shows up, saying he had to make a "little adjustments". In fact, Erik said the new cover was "a little fresh, a little provocative, for the ladies, you know?!"
Erik then unveils the hilarious art work to his bandmates, who perhaps find it slightly less funny...
Jacob then says: "So, it is pretty bad... And we're going to have to delay the album."
Not to worry though, the cover art is just a joke! Of course, the real album cover, which has been designed solely by the band themselves, is a minimal and simplistic design.

Lines & Circles marks O-Town's first new material since their 2002 album O2, and showcases their impressive songwriting ability.
The Making The Band stars have also just released their comeback single 'Skydive', which is the lead track to be taken from the album.
Speaking of the single, Erik said: "Skydive brings us back to what we are known for; a powerfully produced ballad with equally powerful performances, except this time with a unique request to our fans – "Will you take a leap of faith with us?"
Last week, the four-piece returned to the red carpet at the Young Hollywood Awards, where they rubbed shoulders with Justin Bieber and his manager Scooter Braun.
O-Town announced their reformation on 31 March this year, following a 10-year hiatus. However, the group have reunited without original member Ashley Parker Angel.
