The Olympic champion is preparing to marry swimmer Harry Needs, later this month, but first she needs to get through their pre-wedding celebrations with friends.
Speaking on ITV's Good Morning Britain, she said: "I've got my hen do next weekend so I'm so excited and can't wait to see what the girls have in store for me. I don't know anything so I'm a little bit scared!"
She jokingly then added: "But I'm more scared about Harry's stag though than my hen!"
Rebecca became engaged to Harry in March last year, saying at the time he had made her "the happiest person ever" when he popped the question. They've been dating since 2011 and live together in Nottingham.
She said of the wedding: "It's just a normal wedding, it's really small. Just family and friends gathering."
Rebecca appeared on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! last year. We wonder if any of her jungle campmates will make the guest list?!
As well as gearing up for her wedding, the retired swimmer has been glued to the Commonwealth Games like the rest of us.
So, has it made her regret her decision to retire? "Definitely not!" she said. "I don't miss it at all. It was the right decision for me and it's nicer to see the younger generation coming through and getting to know the people that will be on the podium in Rio and the new personalities of the swimming world."
She also said one advantage of being retired is she was able to watch the Commonwealth Opening Ceremony as usually she had to skip that part of competing as swimming always started the next day.
